What steps are you taking to prevent affiliate/ referral fraud?

Hey Ken - great question! Every affiliate/referral transaction is made visible to brand admins, and each payout has to be manually approved by a brand admin before being paid out to the affiliate. In addition, by default we account for a 30-day return window (brands can adjust this number) to account for returns on any products purchased via affiliate/referral codes.
Hate the fact that pricing isn't there.

I love the logo, vibrant branding, and simplicity of CrewFire. The money invested seems high but the ROI is high either. Why don`t you have the Trial period to test the platform? We will use a less costly Plan. As an early-stage startup, we don` have too much budget.

For now, because of the amount of onboarding and training we offer each customer, we're focused on more established brands who we can be more confident in generating positive ROI. In the future, when both our product and processes are more mature, we can have more flexibility to work with earlier and earlier stage brands. Hope that explanation helps! Let me know!
Looks awesome! I definitely understand the value proposition, but a bit confused on how it works with the ambassadors. Are the brands expected to bring on some of their own ambassadors (the first part of the video opens up by saying turn your existing customers into ambassadors), or they get all of their ambassadors from the already existing community on CrewFire? Also- are ambassadors categorized by their expertise and follower types? I've started a new project at and eventually would be interested in getting in touch with ambassadors who are dog lovers and have similar followers. Overall looks awesome!

Hey Alijosha - thanks for the comment and kind words! Great question. For now, we're focused on helping established brands turn their existing customers into advocates and ambassadors. We don't currently provide matchmaking or a marketplace to connect brands with new ambassadors (though we plan on implementing this in the future!) Dogworld looks awesome! Before long, we'd like to open up the marketplace and matchmaking service. I'll let you know when we do! Keep hustlin!
Makes sense! Yeah I think that having a sort of open marketplace of ambassadors who have different "domains" or "skills" would be awesome!
