Every freelancer knows the feeling. Project is going well, then the client sends "hey can you also just..." and you do it because you don't want to be difficult. Three "just a quick ones" later you've done an extra week of work for free.

Crept sits in Gmail, reads the email, and tells you straight away if it's outside your agreed scope. If it is, you can fire off a change order in about 30 seconds. Both sides sign it, both sides get a copy.
