How does this affect bandwidth? Since it strips out the video, I'm assuming it's a lot lighter? And can you use Covers to play songs in the background to add to Snaps & Instagram Memories? Thanks.
@scottperry Hey Scott, indeed... we only download the sound so that saves a lot of bandwidth!. As of now, we only support streaming but it could be an option when offline playlists arrive :). Thanks!

so doesn't this break the T&C of youtube, since you're not allowed to use their content without the potential of showing their ads? there was another app that did this before and they got a cease and desist from youtube, since even intentionally hiding the video was a breach of their terms.
Great idea and well executed! I'd be excited to see some more discovery features in the future -- perhaps the ability to scan my music library and offer cover suggestions.
Love the simple UI! Some times it seems that I get an original piece from the author instead of a cover. Is this intentional? I kind of like that, but since the name of the app is "Covers" I presume you want to focus 100% on covers only?
@albertoperdomo Thanks Alberto! It's not intentional. We always try to offer creative and stunning covers recorded and uploaded by amateur people with great talent. No make sense offer original music. We love re-discovers songs interpreted in a different way. However the product is a 1.0 version and currently it's difficult filter all the original songs. We will continue to work on that.
