I’m Josh, the founder of CORE. I built CORE after seeing how fragmented and trust-heavy UK property investing still is. Deals scattered across WhatsApp, Facebook, and closed circles, with no clear structure or transparency. CORE is my attempt to centralise that process, a single platform where serious investors can discover property deals clearly, quickly, and without the usual back-and-forth.
