   Honestly, you're not the only one. I'm not going to whine but, at this stage in our journey as a species, I'd expect that we'd have moved completely beyond the stage that we are, with regard to how so counterintuitive, even kind of archaic the existing processes for searching for and securing roles are, just generally.

It's not so much about getting the job so much as knowing for sure, that there just has to be a better way with all the development we've had in tech overall. It is mind-boggling and makes you wonder if it's not intentional. Just maybe.

   Really exciting feature. Hope this makes me to find the perfect matching job and get hired!!!

 I've been a beta tester of it and it's AMAZING! Well done 👏.

The only feedback I have is that I would like to have a search and filters feature to separate Contra from LI or X opportunities, and also an extra button right next to "not a fit" that says something like "not now" to show Indy that I liked that opportunity but I can't take it at the moment. Because now I feel that if I do nothing, Indy may think it's not what I like now and neither in the future.

I’ve had the chance to be an early tester of Indy AI and it’s fantastic! 👏
One thing I found especially exciting is the potential to expand the reach beyond the platform itself.
That’s a really powerful direction.

Something that could make the experience even smoother: having a “save for later” option would be super helpful for roles I’m interested in but can’t pursue at the moment.

Also, being able to sort or filter opportunities by the specific skills I’m focusing on would help surface the most relevant matches faster.

Have you considered integrating with platforms like Behance or Dribbble to discover opportunities there too?
It could be a great way to connect with even more creative projects.

I’ve been lucky enough to get early access, and within minutes I knew: this changes the game. It’s fast, intuitive, and built like a personal assistant to help me find new gigs. Every detail feels purposeful nothing wasted, nothing extra. I know how much thought have been put into this.

Been using Contra for a year and a half. It’s been super interesting to see the evolution of the platform. The introduction of Indy AI feels like a major upgrade to how I can find job opportunities. It’s scans my LinkedIn feed and the Contra job feed and gives me a unified feed with all suitable jobs. The “Pro” subscriptions is definitely worth it now. Exciting times ahead.

Really cool, congrats on the launch! So is Indy AI focused mostly on creatives as well? I'd love to give it a try, but some of the language focusing on creatives has me wondering if this is the right tool for me.

 Indy AI scans your personal network, so whatever your network on X and LinkedIn is focused on, it will find those types of opportunities and should be tailored to you!

 Indy will scan for ALL opportunities you're interested in, you just need to set your job preferences and you're set. This isn't for only creatives, but all independent professionals and their extended networks - give it a try and ping our team with your thoughts!

  Thanks for clarifying! I did give Indy a try and have some feedback:

- After onboarding, I clicked on the home button which redirected me to contra.com/jobs, but this is just a blank screen for me - I'd be happy to share the error I see in the console if that would help
- Indy shared two pretty decent opportunities with me from my network but then told me I need to upgrade to Contra Pro to see more opportunities. Personally, I would need to see more opportunities and gauge their quality before I considered paying for Contra Pro. It would be helpful to know if I came back tomorrow, for example, could I see more opportunities then? Otherwise, maybe consider offering a free trial? (Again, just my personal opinion!)

I've been using Contra for the past 2 years almost now and Indy AI is a serious evolution in freelancing and maximizing your networks. Being able to pull jobs from social media platforms and provide a list of jobs which you can instantly apply to is the biggest time saver for creatives like myself.
