CoffeePolice - Caffeine isn't the problem

by
Everyone says, "Stop caffeine 8 hours before bed." I did. Still slept terribly. Turns out, generic rules don't work; your cutoff depends on your bedtime, sensitivity, and how cups stack. Coffee Police shows real-time active caffeine, calculates YOUR cutoff time, recommends drinks by the hour, and generates sleep impact reports that make the pattern undeniable. Free. No ads. No subscription. Just clarity on when to stop.

So this is my first launch here, and honestly, I'm a bit nervous. Quick backstory: I love drinking coffee, but I was sleeping terribly. Did the "no coffee 8 hours before bed" thing everyone recommends. Still couldn't sleep. Tried a bunch of caffeine-tracking apps, all with ads, paywalls, and just basic cup logging, with zero insight into what was actually going wrong. So I started building my own tracker. One that shows real-time active caffeine levels, calculates a cutoff time based on MY bedtime, and generates reports connecting intake to sleep. When I finally saw the data, the pattern was undeniable; my cutoff time was way off. That's Coffee Police. Built it for myself first, figured maybe others are stuck in the same cycle. This is V1.0. I know it's not perfect. I'd love to know: what's the one thing that would make you open this app every morning with your first cup? Drop your honest feedback - the harsher, the better. I'm here all day.
