I'm really excited to see that Coefficient is now available for Excel! As someone who uses both Excel and SaaS systems extensively, this seems like a game-changer. I'd love to know if there are any limitations or compatibility issues with specific SaaS systems. Have you considered creating a tutorial or demo video to help users get started with the integration process? Great job on the 5-star rating for the Google Sheets version, looking forward to trying it out in Excel too!

@iuliia_all we're so glad to hear that you find it super useful! Our API access is dependent upon the connector (for example with Salesforce you can pull selected data or pre-existing native reports, whereas with HubSpot existing reports are not available in the API). But, one of the key questions during our development process is can we build a worldclass connector with what's available in the API? @md_altaf_hossen1 you can set a refresh schedule on your Salesforce imports hourly, daily, or weekly! You can also click on the refresh icon at the top of your import tab to refresh the data anytime you need to call the API for a data update.
