Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹ I built CodeTogether to solve the common struggle of coding together remotely. No more jumping between Zoom screens or emailing files back and forth. With real-time collaboration, live coding, and a built-in chat, I hope this tool makes remote development easier for all of us. ๐ŸŽ‰ I'd love to hear your thoughts! Feel free to ask questions, provide feedback, or suggest improvements. ๐Ÿ˜Š

The idea is great, but I clicked on Pricing and Documentation, and no information appeared. It might be better to show a message or not show these tabs at all.

@eljo_priftiย Hey Eljo Prifti, thank you so much for your thoughtful comment I really appreciate it! ๐Ÿ™Œ

You're absolutely right. I initially added the Pricing and Documentation tabs as placeholders, hoping to have both ready by launch. But with tight timelines, those sections didnโ€™t come together in time. Iโ€™ve now removed them to avoid any confusion or dead links better to keep it clean until theyโ€™re fully ready.

Thanks again for pointing it out feedback like this genuinely helps improve the experience!

Real-time collaborative coding without installs? CodeTogether just removed all barriers to pair programming. Perfect for remote teams and coding interviews-just share a link and start building! ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป

Finally, a competitor to collab! Thank you lol - Can I ask how you are planning to market this post-launch? I know the target is developers, but how are you planning to get around solo-dev's to hit teams?

Sangam Parmar

@yakuraappย Hey Lou Rossi, appreciate the support that means a lot! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Right now, weโ€™re starting small and focusing on individual devs through communities like Product Hunt, Reddit, and Twitter. The plan is to improve the product based on feedback and slowly introduce features that make it easy for solo devs to collaborate with others hopefully making team adoption more natural over time.

Not doing heavy marketing just yet, but learning as we go. Open to ideas if youโ€™ve got any!

@sangam_parmarย I've started a company to hopefully alleviate early marketing stresses and fees. After learning that Early stage startups pay typically between 30% and 50%, sometimes up to 100% of their revenue share just to drive traffic and growth without a network to leverage, I wanted to do something to help. We're a couple months away from launch but wanted to build our store by offering early partners amazing long term rates. I'm currently looking to collab with people like you to grow my knowledge and to see what you need! I would appreciate the help!

@yakuraappย Hey Mike, really appreciate you sharing that. It sounds like you're working on something super valuable, especially for indie makers and early startups like mine. Iโ€™d love to learn more about what youโ€™re building and how we could potentially support each other. Feel free to share more details or shoot me a DM always excited to connect with like-minded builders!

@sangam_parmarย I found another website (code together) - I assume there is no affiliation?

@marcelokunzeย Thanks a lot! ๐Ÿ˜Š Glad you liked the design I put a lot of thought into making it clean and developer-friendly. Appreciate the support!
