Coda 1.0 + Mobile - A doc as powerful as an app.

byβ€’

Coda 1.0 is a new doc designed to grow with your ideas. It's familiar and approachable like the docs you're used to, and it comes with a new set of building blocks, so you can build docs as powerful as apps. Now available to all and it has mobile now as well :)

We have been using Coda over a year now and have used it with countless clients for documentation, and even bug reporting/feature requests for one of our clients. This has allowed us to give our clients a more collaborative view and area where they can actually submit requests and get living updates while marking bugs/features as confirmed complete once our team has finished building the enhancements. Collaboration between our team and clients are key. It's our go-to for shared documentation across clients. Use it for every client onboarding as well. It is now a core to our workflow and couldn't live without it! Congrats on the launch and please keep up the awesome work! Thank you so much for also involving your beta community so much in feedback and feature enhancements/ideas!
Can't recommend Coda enough for teams or individuals wanting a doc-like experience for managing their projects. Here's my overview of today's news:
Coda is powerful yet approachable. What starts as a simple list of candidates quickly transforms into the perfect applicant tracking system for your team with workflow, status, notifications for everyone involved. Or start with a quick task list and watch it morph into the best way to run your sprints, set your goals and keep your team cranking. For all you old school product hunters out there, it’s what you always dreamed Access or FileMaker could be. Highly recommended!
Huge, huge, huge fans of Coda over here at Intercom. It’s a core part of so many ways in which we work. Powerful. Flexible. Intuitive. Massive kudos to you and the team πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸš€

Love Coda. It's an essential part of our workflow at Akili.vc

Pros:

It's great for quick access to Coda workspaces. I find it particularly useful for task management and team wikis.

Cons:

No Android.

Love Coda it's become an essential tool in my daily use.
Update once and changes propagate to tons of places which has eliminated a ton of work for us. It's like magic. Coda is at the center of how we coordinate goals, roadmaps and people across 10+ different teams and has become a persistently open tab.
We have been using coda for awhile now and now use it daily to run our granola company. From lot code tracking to managing our wholesale customer base to our homemade time clock, we are in and out of coda constantly. It has been life changing!
