Shortcut manual and complex scheduling with an AI-powered intelligent calendar. Built on top of Clockwise’s advanced scheduling engine, Prism serves up more scheduling options, more quickly, than any human can.
@janet_chen2 ugh, cross-timezone scheduling is (well...used to be!) the worst! I personally work with folks across 4 timezones, and I love that Prism takes in account everyone's timezones, working hours, and other preferences when scheduling. And on the rare occasions that I'm not sure if a timeslot will work, I love being able to share the proposal with meeting attendees so they can confirm if it will work for them (and let Clockwise take care of cleaning up any conflicts).
I love that we've worked on making a tool that can actually, actively make just about everyone's workday better.
With Prism, I can say, 'hey, I’m sick, move all of today’s meetings to later this week,' or, 'find the best time to meet with these 3 coworkers to reduce the amount of interruptions in all our days,' or even 'I need more focus time this week, reschedule all my 1:1s this week to next week.' AND I can do it without leaving Slack.
It takes off the pressure of having to overlay a bunch of calendars, hunt and squint to see the likely-best free-ish space with a ton of attendees, and feel good about the decision. Finally, I can trust that my calendar will do that for me – and for all of us in those meetings. I can meet my heads-down goals while letting those with busier schedules have smoother days, and I can more easily find time for external meetings when working on troubleshooting with customers in Support. It's incredible.
Clockwise has dramatically reduced the time I spend on tedious calendar tasks at work, whether it’s slotting in meetings or quickly handling various scheduling issues as they come up. So excited!
As an EM, I just don't see my work being done effectively without Clockwise anymore. With Flexible Meetings, all of my 1:1s find a convenient slot in my calendar while leaving me with Focus Time to get things done! My favorite features are:
- No Meeting Day (Seriously, having one day to catch up on the Need to be Done is amazing)
- Upcoming Meeting (1 Click Join)
and of course just having that X-Ray vision into how my scheduling affects others just makes it easier to schedule with empathy, as I am better aware of the impact on other calendars!
@voxmatt Cool idea and congrats on launching! Can definitely see a use case in industries where there's a lot of meetings between busy participants (i.e. finance or IB).
