What's the difference between Adhoc meetings and Team syncs?

Good question! Team syncs are recurring meetings that happen with people you often meet with (1:1s excluded as a separate category) — things like stand-ups, project syncs, department meetings, etc. Ad-hoc meetings, by contrast, are non-recurring, non-external meetings — basically all the one-off meetings that pop up with teammates during the course of the week.

The idea behind the comparison makes this calendar different for me
This was really cool. Ran it on both of my calendars, and it seemed pretty spot on. I've actually wanted to go through my calendars for a while to do this. The only thing I'd add is having it put my personal and work calendars together.
