What’s the hardest part about turning long-form content into Shorts?

For me, it was never really the editing — it was finding the right moments in a 1–2 hour podcast, interview, or webinar.

You can spend hours watching, scrubbing, and taking notes, only to end up with a handful of clips worth publishing.

That’s actually one of the problems that led me to build ClipZoneAI.
