Hi everyone! I'm Rakesh, a product designer turned SaaS founder with a passion for building tools that solve real-world problems. After spending years designing digital products, I started building AI-powered solutions to help creators work faster and smarter. My current mission is to make short-form content creation simple by transforming long videos into engaging, platform-ready Shorts with minimal effort. I'm excited to learn from the Product Hunt community, connect with fellow makers, and continuously improve ClipZone AI based on real user feedback. My long-term ambition is to build products that genuinely save people time and help creators grow their businesses. Looking forward to sharing this journey with all of you!

Whatโ€™s the hardest part about turning long-form content into Shorts?

For me, it was never really the editing it was finding the right moments in a 1 2 hour podcast, interview, or webinar.

You can spend hours watching, scrubbing, and taking notes, only to end up with a handful of clips worth publishing.

That s actually one of the problems that led me to build ClipZoneAI.

Curious to hear from creators here: how do you currently find the moments you turn into Shorts?

๐Ÿ‘‹ Hello! Product Hunt, I'm Irakli, I build Retention-as-a-Service (RaaS) in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Most intros start with a bio. Mine starts with a number, the one that started this company: 32% increased 90 day subscription retention across 19 different companies in DTC and SaaS.

If a subscription business keeps just 5% more of its customers, profits jump somewhere between 25% and 95%. That single stat pulled me into retention work years ago. I never got back out.

Here's what those years taught me: most churn isn't a product problem. It's an operations problem. The right message usually existed. It just fired at the wrong time, or reached the wrong persor, or never went out at all, because someone would have had to send it by hand. Every day. Forever.

Two more numbers, so you can see the size of it. A generic "we miss you" email wins back 3 8% of lapsed customers. The same list, worked as a proper step-by-step sequence, wins back 12 18%. And up to 9% of subscription payments fail on the first try: customers lost who never chose to leave.
