Amazon and other e-commerce websites usually have a unit price display int he shopping cart. This gives an idea regarding the relative cost as you know the price per pound/gallon/unit. However instacart doesn't, and arguably this is very important when buying groceries. It helps you know which stores sell the product cheaper but unfortunately instacart doesn't offer this feature. Thus I present this solution. It automatically scrapes the information on the page and whenever the shopping cart is opened, it adds a small unit price display below each product. It also has a small ui customization menu where the color and font size can be modified.
