Finally, a platform that doesn't make me bounce between five tabs just to update a room or push inventory. The unified dashboard feels genuinely modern, not just a reskinned legacy PMS.

honestly this looks pretty solid for smaller hotels, one thing i'd love to see is a built-in guest messaging feature that ties into the pms, basically so front desk can text guests about check-in times or room upgrades without switching apps. would save a ton of time

One thing that would really help our team is a built-in revenue management dashboard that suggests dynamic pricing based on demand, local events, and competitor rates. It would save us from juggling separate tools and make the platform a true one-stop shop.

A unified guest messaging inbox would be a great addition, pulling together WhatsApp, email, SMS, and OTA messages into one place with quick replies. Right now front desk staff are juggling multiple apps just to answer a simple request about late checkout or a room change, and that kind of friction adds up fast during a busy shift.

Finally found a platform that doesn't make me jump between five different tabs to manage rooms and the restaurant floor. The channel manager update in real time alone saved me from a double booking last week.
