Great question! While there may be other similar projects out there, we are just getting started. Drawing from our 6+ years of experience in chatbots, we're creating a product that is easy to use (including connecting to channels) and quickly delivers value to specific customers we have in mind. Our focus right now is on solving problems related to FAQ automation and sales/product recommendation.
