Casual’s a game changer for financial modelling. Much more powerful than anything else I’ve used. Ranges feature is the amazing - there isn’t a better way to account for uncertainty!

This is really cool, you're raising the bar! BTW, I mentioned Causal in a piece I wrote about the History of Spreadsheets: https://www.callmefred.com/the-h...

I got a chance to test Causal a couple of months ago and though it tool a couple of hours to un-learn some of my entrenched spreadsheet financial modeling processes, once I got used to how Causal operates I can't go back. The ability to easily model ranges and integrate scenarios in budgeting and forecasting are killer features for me. Those have always been a huge PITA in spreadsheets and they're incredibly simple in Causal. Also worth mentioning, readable variable names is another reason you should definitely give Causal a try. No more needing to remember AC$23$ means 'expected churn rate'. Congrats on the launch!

The company I co-founded, Spare (sparelabs.com, post-Series A, 80 people), moved to Causal a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with making the move. Our entire financial model is powered by Causal, and it has been a game-changer for our ability to project our future state as a company. Keep on the incredible work @taimurabdaal and @lukaskoebis 👏 👏 👏

Causal has been a game changer for us - we previously had unmanageable, often buggy spreadsheets - but now we have a simple cash flow forecast that gives us everything we could need: - Scenarios - Versioning - Confidence internals based on ranges - Comparison of actuals vs predicted data We’re huge fans and will be with Causal for a long time!

The interface looks a lot simpler and more straighforward than Excel. You have an impressive toolset under your belt as well. Good luck with the launch.
