As someone who has spent the last month weeding through job applications I love the idea of being able to remove the bias and hire directly on merit. I don't think it's something that people think about before they start the process but becomes apparently evident as you start to do interviews etc. Seems highly valuable in our current society as we strive to do better and be better.
