Hi - thanks for the question and checking out Cauldron today. We think of it in terms of opportunity cost. Most of our customers have stopped spending time screening resumes and calling candidates in favor of pre-screening with application forms. If getting from 300 resumes to 15 interviews would take 53 hours in the traditional format, with Cauldron it goes down to about 4 hours.

This is huge! What would you say to the folks who think that you need 3+ hours to really understand a candidate?

:) For the ones you are going for final steps with - maybe. For most applicants, most of the time, a quick screen can divide the best from the bunch. Which should NOT last 3 hours :)

This is a core principle for us! No need for a hiring engine if only a quarter of the applicants go through it. If you're assessing candidates - the process should be fair and include all!
