Candu’s drag-and-drop interface puts CSMs and PMs in the driver’s seat, enabling them to build beautiful UI without writing any code. Now the teams who understand customers best can design user experiences their customers will love.
👋 Hello, Product Hunt — and thank you, Ben Lang (@benln) for hunting us!
⛵. I’m Jonathan, cofounder (who can't code) of Candu, a no-code UI component builder.
👀 @mresposito, cofounder(who can code) below!
✨. This (re)launch is dedicated to every founder who’s ever attempted to explain what they’re working on to their parents… with varying degrees of success. (Love you, Mom!)✨
As a product-led company making tools for product-led growth, Candu believes that your SaaS product should be so simple that it explains itself. So maybe my still mom doesn't quite get Candu, but that still means 9 out of 10 no-code creatives are building UX without coding. And if you don't believe me, check out our ✨ Creator Showcase: https://www.candu.ai/creator-sho... ✨
Here’s how you can tell your product’s story with Candu:
🎨 Design any UI with a drag-and-drop editor that’s so easy a kid could use it. Our install is now easy too. We went from commit(ted to your dev) to no-code copy/paste.
⛳️. Hi {first}! Use variables and discover personalization at scale. Leverage our data connectors to CRMs. What else is all that data entry for if not making your product better?
👀 See your product's story come to life before it goes live. With our Chrome preview extension, you can embed an inline component into any website.
We’re by no means done, if you have feedback, we need to hear it. If you’re game, I’d invite you to try creating your own no-code announcement bar. How'd it go?
🤑 CONTEST: How would your parents describe your own products? (e.g., “Better than her macaroni necklaces”) Build, preview, and share a screenshot of a “parent-approved announcement” and tag @CanduLabs on social. Best announcements will win an annual full-feature license.
Thank you for checking out Candu — if you have any questions, I’ll be here all day :)
(@benln@mresposito@candulabs@jonathan_anderson2 Congrats on the launch! Love playing around with the editor — intuitive, powerful, and fast. Amazing to see how it has evolved over the years.
And my mom’s banner would probably say: “You sure you don’t want to go to seminary?”

(@benln@mresposito@candulabs@jonathan_anderson2) My mothers perspective: "Like a fashion designer, but for websites" Sure. 😅
With Candu you are able to enhance websites with more dynamic, engaging, interactive and productive content. No more widgets, everything is embedded directly into the content!

Thank you, @jonathan_anderson2! Please tell your mom, “Hi from Miki.”
And BIG thanks again to Ben Lang (@benln) and the Product Hunt community for taking the time to check out Candu.
I want to take a moment to celebrate the engineering team. They are the “product” and Product Hunt for us. Please give them a shout and let them know what you think of their hard work!
🚀 @stuart_jc + @prev_wong + @mateusz_drulis for a fast-and-easy-to-use editor and SDK.
🎨 @stepan_zastupov for brand-design magic via the no-code styleguide.
✔️ @rafacianci + Alex for an incredible dashboard and dramatically improved onboarding flow.
📈 @ranjez + @emma_lupton for powerful segmentation, analytics, and integrations.
🔖 @philsinsight for a bad-ass preview extension for Chrome.
When Jonathan and I founded Candu in 2018, we saw the need to empower creative development in SaaS products for ALL teams. While some may see the no-code movement as a threat to devs, we see it as a unifier.
By dogfooding Candu, we’ve seen firsthand how technical and non-technical teams can create a complete product experience together. While engineers are busy building new features, our customer success and marketing teams are inside the product rapidly prototyping directly embedded UI components that help our customers adopt them.
From onboarding checklists to announcement bars and support hubs, we’re evolving the way we respond to the customer journey directly inside the product. The product is the thing that unites everyone at any SaaS company, and now everyone can share in its success.
Thank you again, Product Hunt! I look forward to responding to your technical questions and feedback below.

Haha, loved the video! I've checked the product, was able to make a design very fast, as there is lots of variety for templates. The GUI is really intuitive and nicely designed. I like no-code products, so totally intend to explore Candu more. Congratulations team!

@pprosto Thank you very much Prosto. I'm glad you like the product, and I'm looking forward to you using it more and giving us feedback on how we can improve it. Shout out to Rocio https://www.linkedin.com/in/roc%... for the beautiful GUI design :)
Candu is a gamechanger for creating content within your product! I'm on the team of no-coders and being able to design beautiful looking UI and make it live within the product myself is so satisfying :D (The chrome extension that @philsinsight made is a dream!)
As a Customer Success professional using Candu can help you scale your in-app experiences as your customer base grows and help you make real impact on key activation and adoption goals - it's a product I wish I had from day 1 of being in tech. 😍
I still get excited by what the product can do!
Thanks to @pprosto I realized we should update the Twitter Share CTA to our Twitter thread URL, not just Twitter. I was able to do that in 5 seconds.
Since that Tweet had to be timed with our PH page going live, I didn't have it before. Normally, this would have been something I had to pre-plan a full sprint or two ahead of time with developers so one of them could be on call to update that URL. Wow.
@stepan_zastupov thanks for making Candu awesome. If anyone wants to see just how awesome Stepan is, check out the webinar we did together: https://youtu.be/_TISwuxGi-w
He's also a big fan of memes. 🤓
