These job simulations often feel generic and can be practised for. When I look for candidates I give them an abstract task. Make the beginning of google analytics 5 for instance. These are the tasks most startup needs devs to solve. abstract tasks without a map. Often it requires a lot of research and ingenuity.

Do you offer different pricing tiers based on company size or the number of assessments needed?
Hey Valentine, thanks for the question! Our pricing is based off of the number of candidates who submit an assessment on either a monthly or yearly basis. Within the different limits of candidate sessions, we offer 4 different pricing tiers (individual, team, pro, and enterprise).

Our clients mention that before using Canditech, the main pains are that resume's are not accurately reflecting candidates skill sets, which leads to mis-hiring. They also mention that they are wasting valuable time interviewing unsuitable candidates, meaning their overall time to hire is too long and they miss out on great talent. Additionally, they ask us to help them build a engaging tests with a great candidate experience, allowing the candidates to preview their potential future job.
