In our population of IT workers, we find that sometimes those who burn out the most have done so without realizing it, being highly engaged with their work until they lost control and burned out. Our purpose with this new version of the burnout index is to help people prevent that kind of situation.
Congrats on the launch! Super useful to be mindful about burnout
that's very true and that's why we create these free tools, so thank you for helping spread awareness of this problem!
Love the idea! Congrats on the lunch and team!
Thank you and congratulations to the entire community behind the index too :)
Wellbeing at work is critical for us and should be for any team, group or organization! So will be using this and sharing it with our team as an exercise. Probably before my one to ones and see where everyone is at. Interesting service as well with Yerbo.
thanks so much for your feedback! We've actually created a tool precisely to help managers and ICs have more meaningful 1:1s driven by the team's wellbeing data from Yerbo's insights. Let me know if want to know more!
Looks good! Congrats for this successfully launch!
thanks! And than you for spreading the word :)
this is such an important topic, great job the Yerbo team 🙏
Amazing what you guys have built. I have been following the Burnout Index 1.0 since 2019 and I am excited to see what's next. Thanks for giving visibility and relevance to one of the main and most underrated problems for managers and HR departments around the world.
thanks so much, Alvaro! It's our responsibility as founders and leaders to make sure we empower our mid-managers and ICs so that they can tackle burnout at the team level!
btw, do you think we can make it? :-D
Congrats on the launch team!
This idea is incredible. We need to normalize looking after our mental health in all our areas of life, and we spend most of our time at work. I did the questions and the result description and graphics were very insightful. Good job!
thank you for sharing your experience, Paula. Let us know if there's anything that you think could be improved, and feel free to share the tool with friends and family so they too can be aware of their burnout risk. Take care
