This makes a lot of sense docs are usually where people get stuck. How are you handling cases where the AI doesn’t find an answer? Fallback to human support or community threads?

@syed_hassan9 Great question. If the AI can’t confidently find an answer, we fall back to human support. The assistant is designed to know when it’s unsure and escalate rather than hallucinate. Over time, resolved cases feed back into the knowledge base, so the AI continuously improves without blocking users.

@nursceo - That’s a great approach. Closing the loop by feeding resolved cases back into the knowledge base is key. Do you also track escalation patterns to identify gaps in docs or product UX?
