It covers indoor jobs (painting, plastering, flooring, tiling) and outdoor jobs (patios, driveways, gardens, external painting). It factors in job conditions like difficult cuts, weekend work, awkward parking and poor surfaces.

It shows a guide price range rather than a false precise number because rates genuinely vary between trades and that's the honest way to present it.
