From 0 to 2,000+ users: what happened after launching Browser Notes ๐Ÿš€

byโ€ข

We launched Browser Notes on Product Hunt with one simple idea:

Your thoughts should stay yours.

No signup.
No forced cloud sync.
Everything stays inside your browser.

The response surprised us:

๐Ÿ”ฅ 126+ upvotes
๐Ÿ’ฌ 40+ comments
๐Ÿ‘ฅ 2,000+ users
๐Ÿ“ 4,000+ notes created
๐ŸŸจ 2,500+ sticky notes created
๐Ÿง  1,500+ mind maps created
๐ŸŒ Users from 55 countries

The best part was not just the numbers.

It was seeing people use Browser Notes to quickly capture thoughts, organise ideas and turn them into real projects.

Thank you to everyone who tried the product, supported our launch and shared honest feedback. โค๏ธ

We are still improving Browser Notes, so I would love to know:

What should we build next?

if you had another launch tomorrow what would you do differently?

Congrats! I think the no-signup and privacy-first approach probably played a big role.

A lot of people just want to open a tool and start using it without creating another account. That simplicity goes a long way.

ย Yes that worked out and solves a big problem for day to day usage.
