Hi, we're using ChartMogul at present and can see how it's similar but with a focus on the actionable part.
With regard to the data enrichment beyond Stripe (shares daily, desktop users) where is that data coming from? And how difficult is that to add?
@td_evans Hi Thomas, thanks for the comment. You can add custom data to Bright using bright.js, a Javascript snippet that we supply during onboarding. This also enables us to track some extra bits like where people are coming from, which can be used for segmentation as well. If you want to dig in, feel free to ping me via jeff@bright.io.
What is the main differentiator between Bright and @Baremetrics? Right now it seems as though it surfaces some analytics of SaaS in plain English on a landing page?
@rob__race Hey Rob, thanks for the comment. We think Baremetrics is a great product for tracking revenue KPIs. Though we may feel similar now, we're heading in a different direction. You know your KPIs - but how do you improve them? Bright uses your business's data to help you identify strategic and tactical opportunities for growth.
To date, beta users have used Bright to identify under-performing acquisition/marketing channels by comparing LTV between channels or coupon codes, highlight and track valuable customer segments, and to make product strategy decisions (e.g. use of a specific feature correlates with very high LTV -- let's make it more obvious).
If you use Stripe for subscription billing, we'd love to have you check it out and give us any feedback you have. This is an early release of the product and we're looking to validate that it's helpful. You can also reach me via jeff@bright.io. Thanks!
