We've helped deploy OKRs at scale for hundreds of companies—including Slack, Coinbase, GitLab, Facebook, and Plaid—and experienced firsthand the frustration and chaos that teams face when tracking progress and performance.
Three major pain points we consistently witnessed:
Too Much Overhead: Traditional OKR tracking was tedious and created unnecessary overhead.
Change Management Challenges: Training teams was far more difficult than expected.

Amazing product! One thing that always annoyed me with similar tools I’ve used before is the lack of integrations. They just couldn’t integrate with our entire business stack and missed a lot of context. I’ve been using Brev for a bit now and it integrates with our entire stack, so kudos on the amount of integrations. Great work! Can’t wait to receive more updates. (p.s. everybody in our team loves it and sees the value)

Brev lets you adapt its memory to fit your company's mission, vision, values, vibe, priorities (w/e you want) +++ the relevant firmographics about your company (Region, Stage, Industry, etc). I’ve been a Brev beta user since super early and their AI-based approach to goal tracking is way better than any of the tools I’ve used before. It helps that the team is really steeped in the OKR ecosystem and best practices. Honestly, it’s the perfect example of AI making you and your team a superhero. It’s a required tool at my company, Tower.dev. Super stoked to see it and @seepitch on PH.
