How One Sketch Became a Full Odyssey Campaign
by•
One reference. Four completely different scenes.
We uploaded a single Odyssey-inspired sketch poster into @brandgen_ai and used it as the visual starting point for this campaign.
From there, we explored the ancient ship from multiple angles, the Cyclops inside his cave, Poseidon tearing through the sea, and a larger poster that brings the whole world together.
The scenes changed. The rough graphite style didn’t.
That’s what we wanted to test: could one strong reference hold an entire campaign together without every visual feeling disconnected?

Unofficial fan-made concept inspired by Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey.

#1: Odyssey Main Poster
This is where the whole world comes together.
Warriors, Poseidon, the ship, the helmet and the storm different parts of the story brought into one connected campaign visual.
#2: Poseidon
Poseidon didn’t arrive quietly.
Storm clouds, violent waves, a towering trident and a crew trying to survive all built from the same original sketch reference in Brandgen
#3: Cyclops
Then came the Cyclops.
A completely different scene, but the rough pencil strokes, heavy shadows and mythological mood still fit the rest of the campaign.
This might be the most unsettling one in the set.
#4: Ship study
BrandGen turned the same visual direction into a full ship study - front, top and side views all feeling like pages from the same artist’s sketchbook.
One reference helped us create an entire visual series without starting from zero each time.
That’s the real BrandGen test here: different scenes, one consistent world.
