A client changes one sentence. What else just changed?

This is something we’ve been thinking about a lot while building Bracket.

A client says, “Can we add one more section to the homepage?”

Sounds small.

But now the scope might have changed.
A deliverable might need updating.
The deadline might move.
And it might contradict something agreed two weeks ago.

Usually, you have to connect all those dots yourself.

Bracket catches the change, looks at what the project already knows, and shows you what else might be affected.

One change shouldn’t mean rereading the entire project.

How do you keep track when something changes mid-project?
