I’m a product designer and founder building Bracket, an AI-native client operating system for freelancers and small teams. Bracket connects to project conversations and keeps track of scope, deliverables, requirements, decisions, deadlines, and changes as work evolves - so important context doesn’t get lost across tools. Previously, I’ve worked on complex digital products and workflows as a product designer. I’m especially interested in AI products, SaaS, client collaboration, and tools that remove unnecessary complexity. Bracket has changed a lot since our first launch

I ve been rebuilding Bracket around something I kept noticing again and again:

Client projects never really live in one place.

Part of the conversation is in email. Some decisions happen on Slack. Feedback sits in Figma. Dev updates are somewhere else.

The first version of Bracket mostly helped you structure a project from the context you gave it.

Thirty hours after launch, a few things stand out:

People immediately understood the pain of scattered client communication.
The biggest questions weren't about AI, they were about fitting Bracket into existing workflows.
Every piece of feedback exposed something we hadn't considered, even after months of building.

Launching on Product Hunt reminded us that shipping isn't the finish line, it's the start of learning.
