BoroughJobs, one week after launch — real growth data, and what we shipped
We launched BoroughJobs here on Product Hunt on Aug 25. A week later, here's what actually happened, numbers included:
Organic search traffic went from ~0 to a real, sustained daily plateau within days — genuinely surprised us for a domain that's barely three weeks old.
Added three new civil-service sources (Ministry of Justice, Home Office, Parliament), on top of NHS, councils, and 20+ GP/primary-care boards.
Built a live data page (/press) that's always current — no more static reports, it queries our own database on every load.
Now tracking 20,000+ live public-sector vacancies across 368 UK areas.

Live data, if anyone's curious: boroughjobs.co.uk/press
Thanks to everyone who gave feedback on the original thread — a couple of specific suggestions from here genuinely shaped what we prioritized this week. Still very much iterating — what would make this more useful to you?
