Congrats !! Love the idea of google docs for meetings. Often you want to take down some quick shared notes during a meeting. Very smart to start with single player mode to encourage adoption.

exactly, make it easy to use! We tried some of the company wide adoption tools and there was always someone that forgot to log in - made them hard to use!
