Bluedot - AI-powered Chrome extension for Google Meet

Here is a quick story about how we started Bluedot: In 2019, my partner Ruslan and I started a staffing agency. We were a remote team from the start. When our team grew to more than 10 people, we quickly realized the importance of documenting every aspect of our business, from knowledge to processes. This was crucial for us as a remote company, as it prevented us from spending all our time in meetings. But, we were not good at writing and found it challenging to document our experiences and procedures. Later, in 2022, we shifted our focus and started developing Bluedot, a tool designed to help remote companies automatically document all their business details. We are using Bluedot across the whole company for a couple of months already and it is super useful. We record all meetings with it, share them across the team, review old meetings - everything is super easy, fast and searchable! We also started using the AI-generated technical notes - super useful to generate small How To documentation from a conversation where somebody explains something.

Bluedot is great. We have a fully remote company so we use this to record and summarize videos asynchronously. We also record all of our customer interviews for everyone to check out. The search feature is a game changer!

love this product! once the whole company was using Bluedot we stopped our subscriptions on 2 other tools, as it's an all-in one screencast / note taker / summariser and you can synch with GMeet or Zoom so really easy
