what gave me the inspiration to build this app, this app is a reflection off of me through half of my lifetime I was a big chunky kid I had trouble controlling my weight I was constantly eating processed foods candies sugary sodas and chips in my 13 year old mind I thought I was eating right afterwards I always felt weak and drained but I didn't really know why it was that until I was 15 it took me 2 years to realize why I was feeling those ways it was my eating habits, the things I was in dozing in wasn't actually healthy for my physical and internal health so I turn the chapter I started to get back active running walking around my neighborhood eating more fruits drinking more water laying off the Doritos eating more organic whole foods than when I got to the age of 16 I started to go the gym it made me to more motivated an dedicated compared to anything that i've done in my lifetime.(this is for the people that struggle with their weight in their physical insecurities an that is looking a better change)
