Building Binee in public: everything we ship before Sep 3

Hey, Arman here. We launch Sep 3 and I want to keep an honest log of what happens between now and then. Not a marketing feed. What we shipped, what broke, what we changed our mind on.

Where we are today: Binee connects to ClickUp, Gmail, Slack, HubSpot and QuickBooks, and flags problems across them before you ask. Built from 300+ business setups I did as an ops consultant over the last years.

What's left before launch: a proper demo video (the current one is honestly a quick version, the real one is coming), polishing the gallery, and a few integration fixes I'll post about here as they happen.

If you're reading this before Sep 3, you're early. Follow the launch and hold me accountable to this log.

I've fixed operations for 300+ businesses. Describe your ops mess, I'll tell you how I'd fix it

Before building Binee I spent 20,000+ hours untangling operations for other companies. ClickUp setups nobody uses, CRMs full of dead deals, invoices nobody chases, clients going cold in the inbox while the team thinks everything is fine.

So until we launch on Sep 3, this thread is an open offer. Describe your ops headache in a comment. Which tools, how many people, where it hurts. I'll reply with how I'd actually fix it, tool-agnostic, no pitch.

Worst case you get a free consult. Best case you save yourself a $50k ops hire.

We built Binee with Claude Code, Supabase and Vercel. Ask me anything about the stack

People keep asking about the "Built With" list on our page, so here's the honest version. Claude Code wrote most of the product with me directing it. Supabase for data, Vercel for hosting, Slack as one of the main interfaces so Binee acts like a team member instead of another tab.

Happy to answer anything: what worked, what I'd never do again, and what it's like shipping a real product this way as a non-classical developer.
