Hi Product Hunt. I built Beplan because creating content was fun but scheduling it was not. I was tired of adding posts one by one across networks and repeating the same steps. Beplan makes planning fast. You map ideas on a board and a calendar, then tailor captions, media and hashtags for each network in a single flow. Quick Fill slots keep a steady cadence with only one click. Review Threads give clear feedback and approvals without back and forth. We also added tags to speed up organization and to surface unused media so nothing good gets lost. I am most proud of the clean UX and the early feedback from creators and teams. Next up I will ship analytics, an inbox for comments and DMs in the same interface, and more tools that help creators, teams and agencies stay consistent. Our focus is to keep the core experience smoother than the big tools with fast planning, one pass tailoring and clear approvals.

When analytics and inbox arrive we will take a different approach:

  • Inbox will not just be all messages in one place. It will include a smart sorter that brings real opportunities like paid collaborations to the front and pushes spam aside.

  • Analytics will not just show charts. We are building a system that helps you stay consistent with your short term and long term goals. A system that helps you stay on track with your goals.

Some other parts that differentiate and are already here today:

  • When a team works together on the same post you see in real time every modification another member is making whether it is adding media, editing the title, changing captions or adjusting settings.

  • Feedback is built right into the flow. You can right click on any element to add a comment and that starts a chat thread about what to change and how, other team member can reply to this chat.

Rather than chasing long feature lists we are doubling down on clarity and creator/agency friendly guidance.

@maxence_leguedeΒ Looks like a great tool! We have tried so many and can never get everything we want in a single platform which has us even thinking about building custom integrations ourselves. I am curious to see if your tool has to ability to tag products in Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest posts? Hootsuite offers that (at least for IG) but has been hard to find in other tools and so important for e-com sellers since posts without tags to the product are less effective.

We do not have the ability to tag a product in Instagram, Tiktok or Pinterest, however I'm adding it to our roadmap in order to make Beplan more complete.

It means that free plan is limited to 10 posts per social media platform or is limited to 10 posts for all social media platforms as a whole? Please also mention which of the social media platforms does Beplan supports for post scheduling?

@ajay27324Β Thanks for spotting that! Small mismatch on the site: the free plan actually gives you 30 posts per month total.

In Beplan, one post = one draft across all chosen platforms. So if you schedule it to Instagram + LinkedIn at once, it still counts as a single post.

Right now, Beplan supports scheduling to X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

@ajay27324Β Yes exactly that is correct. In Beplan one post means one draft across all the platforms you select. So if you create a post and schedule it to Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and the rest at the same time it still only counts as one post out of your monthly 30.

Congrats! What is the timeline for integrating analytics, a unified inbox, and other back-end business tools with Beplan, so teams won’t need to rely on separate apps for content performance tracking and stakeholder engagement?

We are rolling these out step by step. Each feature will take a few weeks, starting with analytics since every platform (8 in total) needs to review and approve Beplan before we can access their data.

Instagram’s collaborator tagging is not available in Beplan yet. I am adding it as a priority feature on our roadmap since it is a very useful part of how creators post today.

2 questions

1. Are the 30 content posts in the free plan allocated per organization or per account?

2. Does the "light mode" not change the interface on the main dashboard where you schedule new posts?

1. 30 content posts (per month) are per organization as the plans are linked to one.

2.The light/dark mode does change the interface on the main dashboard where you schedule new posts. The current day will always be shown in the opposite color (black column in light mode, white column in dark mode)

However I have to say, the appearance doesn’t work.

At least not for me, I have light appearance in my settings, once saved it goes black, β€œdrafts”, β€œpost planner”, β€œmedia library” all pages, except for the settings.
