Building AutoScaled: turning your CRM data into personalized sales decks (would love your feedback)

by

Hey everyone,

I'm Leo from the AutoScaled team, and we're launching here on Product Hunt on August 11 (). Before we do, I wanted to share what we're building and get your honest take.

The problem we're solving

Sales and CS teams spend hours manually rebuilding the same presentation for every prospect or client: pulling data from HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or a spreadsheet, then copy-pasting it into slides one field at a time. It's tedious, error-prone, and it's usually the first thing that gets skipped when reps are busy (which is always).

What AutoScaled does

connects your CRM or spreadsheet data directly to your branded Google Slides or PowerPoint templates, and generates a personalized deck automatically.

You can trigger presentations from events in your CRM, such as a new lead being added or a deal moving stages, so decks build themselves as your pipeline moves. There are also features to share decks instantly with clients through branded custom hubs, and shared decks can be measured for engagement so you know when a prospect is actually looking.

We're focused on three use cases where this saves the most time:

No more manually updating logos, metrics, or deal details for every single account.

Why I'm posting this now

We want to build this with our early users, not just for them. So here's the offer: if you jump in and give us feedback before our August 11 launch, we'll give you full access at no cost for 3 months.

In exchange, we just want your honest thoughts on what's working, what's clunky, and what you'd want to see next. Your input will directly shape our roadmap.

A few questions I'd love this community's take on:

  1. If you're currently building presentations manually from CRM/spreadsheet data, what's the most painful part of that process?

  2. Which platform matters most to you: Google Slides, PowerPoint, or both equally?

  3. Is there a use case beyond proposals, QBRs, and launch decks that you'd want to see us support?

Drop a comment, or let me know below if you'd rather chat directly. We've got about two weeks until launch and would love to make the most of them with this community.

Leo
