I tried many meditation app... then I created this one... with algorithm-based meditation so it is slightly different every night... During my studies, I was very stressed. I had a hard time sleeping, and I was very tired all the time. I learned about autogenic training from a professor. It's a relaxation method that was developed by Dr. Johannes Schultz around 1920. It's been scientifically proven to work. It involves simple phrases, passive concentration, and a structured progression that teaches the body to self-generate calm through a form of auto-hypnosis. It's very simple, but it takes regular practice to see the effect. It changed the way I sleep, and I've used it ever since. But I realized there wasn't a recent app in English or French that would be dedicated to this technique.
