Congrats on the launch Ghulam and Garen 🚀! Were you guys working on this? How did I miss it? AsyncInterview looks really great and comprehensive ❤️ Question: some introverted people get really awkward when talking to a recording camera. Do you have anything to help relax and be themselves? It would be unfortunate to rule out awkward but very capable people based on a recorded video.

@jgani Hi Jonni, thanks so much for your question! Async has a built-in practice/testing screen so you can get comfortable with the platform and talking to the camera in your own time. When setting up your interview, there's also the option to set questions as audio-only, rather than video, which could be an option if you're particularly worried about candidates feeling awkward in a video interview environment

Do I understand it right, that AsyncInterview helps to evaluate if it is a match between the applicant and the company and then you go on with the deeper in person interview, to get to know each other in a live call?
