Asmi calls you every morning. You talk - it handles the day. It calls services (dentist, salon, plumber, bank, insurance) or people (friends, colleagues) to coordinate, book or resolve things. Updates you on iMessage or WhatsApp when done. It can navigate IVRS, wait on hold and handle complex conversations well.

@borrellbr Thanks Ignacio. We initially built Asmi for busy professionals drowning in life admin, overwhelmed parents managing endless family logistics, and students juggling chaotic schedules. Basically, anyone who is completely done with phone fatigue and hold music!
@borrellbr One surprising cohort was retired folks who wanted to try something new. We got some wonderful feedback from them too!

@sreecharan_d Glad the "ahems" are working in the real world for you. We kept them intentionally - we found that natural disfluencies dramatically improve how humans on the other end respond.
the morning call where you talk and it handles the day is the interaction model worth understanding in detail. how much context does Asmi retain between days and how does it handle tasks that span multiple days or require follow-up. if i tell it to book a dentist appointment on Monday and the dentist calls back Tuesday with available slots, does Asmi handle that callback autonomously or does it come back to me for confirmation

When Asmi makes a call in the morning and you talk about an appointment which is few days away, Asmi would remember it and then execute it over the next few days. It can be after 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days. It has a long-term memory, and it can remember.
If, taking your case, the dentist says that they will come back for the appointment the next day, Asmi will remember it and it can make the call back the next day by itself. It won't come back to you for permission.
The whole intent of building this system is keeping users updated at every step, but not asking for permissions wherever it is not required, because the user has already talked about a task that needs to happen. Asmi will go and execute it and only stop once it is finally done.
Love how it bridges the gap between digital and real-world tasks. Waiting on hold and navigating IVRs is such a pain.

Typically, people talk to Asmi over a call for the first time, give it one or two tasks, mostly making it call their personal contacts like their friends, family, or colleagues. Asmi accomplishes the first task, and we also have a flow where Asmi can send you the audio recording after a task is successfully completed. That's what creates more trust among people, and then they start using it every day for other tasks also.
