Thanks Tony for using the product.

Really easy and great website to use. Used this to make web-apps for my support software.

Pros:

Easy to use

Cons:

None

Thanks Ryan, Hope you make great use of it.
Tried it out and as a reviewer said, it just works... A couple of questions/thoughts: - I'd be curious which base browser you used. Nothing that has to be shared publicly on your site, but it'd be helpful so we're aware that it acts like a certain browser when debugging. I'm guessing a not quite up to date version of Chrome when we sent to a web page to detect. - Having some kind of hidden administrative function where you can change the URL would be helpful. As an example, we run our web app (and native apps that run inside a webview) in both dev instances and live. In the native app, we have an easter egg so we can switch back and forth between the dev URL and the live. - Any thoughts on how you'd handle push-like notifications that are integrated into the OS? As an example, pretty sure the Slack desktop app uses similar technology to yours, and they have push alerts (much like the Chrome ones) that appear in the task tray (and on the Mac in the notification tray). You get this functionality in there, and you're gold. Great job though. Love it!
Thanks for checking out. 🎈Happy App making, - We're using electronjs which user Chromium - We will be adding features like these after getting feedback from people like you. - Push notifications works similar to slack, We're more than happy to innovate new things, Having said all these, I would love to know more about you and your use cases offline

This app does what it says in the tin. It wraps a website in a desktop app so that your browser doesn't overload with all the tabs open to run your productivity apps.

Pros:

Cool, Keep the Browser free from many tab open, full screen

Cons:

None that I can think at the moment

Thanks Daniele, That means a lot :)

It's not gonna turn the web page into an app, it's a ridiculous claim.

Please, people of Earth, educate yourself a bit before aweing...

Pros:

None that I can think of

Cons:

Using a customized browser to access a single web page. Makes no sense.

Is this like Progressive WebApps?
Its not like PWA, This wraps your website in a Chromium using electron 🤩

This is great, and I'll be using it. Any ideas why rendering performance would be bad? Eg, animations being jerky, slowed framerate? Will performance be improved in future versions?

Pros:

Quick and easy to make an app

Cons:

Animations are a bit jerky in the native version of some apps

Thanks for your feedback, Sorry to hear that 😭. We will check that from our end, It would be great if you can email me your URL so that we can check from our end.
How is better than FluidApp?
We have support for all platforms. Linux, Windows and Mac OS
So if I only use Mac then no real benefit to switching?
It depends, From my understand FluidApp uses, Safari webview, If you need to use Chrome you can switch. Anyway, Fuild app is great tool 🎉
So it uses Chrome? That's a plus. Thanks!
Yea, This is based on Electron (which is on Chromium). I just realised that you're working on WPLib. We have a product on WooCommerce , I would love to talk you about this offline,
According to the description they only support OSX, as in up to 2015’s El Capitan.
Just updated description to "Mac". was a mistake from my end. 🙈
