How does this handle cases where comps don’t reflect renovations or upgrades?

we extract the home conditions from the listing photos and descriptions. So if you remodeled your own home, then it’s lacking behind right now since I haven’t build that you can adjust your homes condition. For the comparable it’s easy as the need to have sold around Jan 1st and we just take their home condition.

And how accurate is the valuation model for homes with unique renovations or features that comps don’t capture well?

right now, not that good. I need to add better adjustment factors. But that’s really hard to do automatic. Also for some homes it’s just. It comparable.
