I built Xcode Localizer because I kept running into the same, time-wasting pain every time a project needed to go global. Manually hunting through .strings files, copy-pasting text into spreadsheets, and chasing down half-translated menus was turning what should have been a creative process into a grind. I wanted a tool that felt as native and friction-free as Xcode itself—a single tap that would handle the busywork so developers (myself included) could get back to writing great features.
