Ugh, iPhone only.
Sorry, Jay. Android's high on our priority list. Hoping to have a version for you later this year. Stay tuned!
This is the kind of product that would work well in China. Just saying :-)
Thanks, Nick! We'll be working to make the app more usable in other countries and languages soon.
Love the concept. Who is your core demographic?
Anyone who likes to talk and listen!
All I see is a page with some text on Chrome on OpenSUSE.
We're having some website troubles. Sorry! Working hard to get the site back up and running.
Tried it out this morning and loved it. As a best practice, I think it would be helpful to encourage "brief" replies...
We agree, Jennifer. That's why our time limit for replies is shorter than the time limit for original waves (1 minute vs. 2 minutes). However, we're experimenting constantly, so it's possible we change these limits as the platform evolves.
New app looks great, congrats. Couple of questions--will personal pages be made available, and what is the roadmap for archiving recordings?
Thanks, Brandon! Do you mean personal pages on the web? If so, yes - that is something we will eventually have. No specific timeline yet, but you can expect it at some point in the near future. Regarding archiving - all recordings are preserved in your account - they're not ephemeral. Do you mean being able to download audio outside of Anchor?
Yes, I meant being able to secure my name (like . And I hoped when that's available I will be able to download the audio. Thank you.
Very impressed with this so far. Onboarding is so smooth and seamless.
Thanks Brendan!
Neat! I reckon I might try and collaborate a song using this, y'know back n forth fashion, verse or line each, could be fun ;)
That would be awesome - please do it!
Absolutely love the product been using it all day
Thanks Sid! We're excited to have you in our community!
Absolutely spot-on on-boarding process! I can't state this enough, from the tone of voice, to the flow, you truly nailed it and it deserves recognition.
Thanks Dario! Really appreciate that.
