Hi Product Hunt 👋 I am Eldar, co-founder and CEO of Vertice. This is my third company, and today we are launching Ana, the AI negotiation agent for software purchases. The problem we set out to solve: Software vendors negotiate hundreds of contracts a year, while most customers see each purchase once. That imbalance is why companies end up overpaying. In Q2 2026, 72% of smaller software contracts renewed automatically with no review at all. Procurement teams handle the larger and more strategic contracts well, but nobody has time for the hundreds of smaller tools a company pays for every year. What Ana does: Ana reads your requirements, builds the negotiation strategy, drafts every email and tracks every round, updating the plan the moment a vendor responds. Ana is trained on $75bn+ of vendor spend across 32,000+ vendors, so every move is grounded in real negotiation outcomes, not generic advice. The value of the agent is not just that it can run the negotiations, but that the agent provides the strategy behind said negotiation. As said by Tanya Wade, a Senior Procurement Transformation Advisor: "What's the value above just asking a general AI to do this for you? The value is in the data - being able to use your own data, plus Vertice's own proprietary data, which would take a huge amount of work to replicate yourself. And it doesn't sound like AI at all - I'm genuinely impressed.” My team and I are here all day to answer questions. Tell us: which software renewal do you dread most? 👇

the one about Dial I dread is our SMS/carrier pass-through contracts, those renew on a schedule nobody owns. curious about the email side specifically - when Ana drafts and sends on my behalf, does the vendor rep know they're negotiating with an agent, or does it read as me writing it? that Tanya Wade quote about "doesn't sound like AI at all" is a selling point for us but I'd guess it cuts the other way for the vendor once they figure out what's actually on the other end of the thread
