We thought release fixed retention. Then reverted code and metric didnt move ). Test was never measuring our fix. Mindset is aggressive falsification. If taking away solution changes nothing for user, you never understood real problem
Trap is confusing duplication with iteration. Watched agent lose context mid task and rebuild helper alredy existing two files away with new name ) When you lack PMF you do exact same thing, writing parallel variations of dead logic instead of stop to reset context
