@gigi_ragtag I think we regard to funding, the idea matters most. Investors won't even talk with a founder if the idea "isn't great" (unless it's someone they already know). (This is from my perspective as a founder who didn't have a great idea. Hah) But who's to say an idea is good vs great vs bad is in the eye of the beholder, and that's why we need more funders.

@sanja_mitar Re: founder traits - hustle (as I define as execution with velocity), focused on just 1-2 things, experimentation mindset, customer-centric, able to learn new skills, and frugality.
