Almoner turns a small church's giving records into the reports the board and the donors expect, for the volunteer treasurer of a church of forty to four hundred people. Bring giving in any way it arrives: import the CSV your bank or giving platform exports (Planning Center, Breeze, Tithe.ly, QuickBooks and others — columns matched automatically), type in a Sunday count sheet, or dictate the plate and review before anything posts. Duplicate detection keeps a file from being counted twice. Batch-generate every donor's year-end giving statement with refunds netted and a clear note of anything left out (anonymous gifts, zero-net donors), so nobody is thanked for the wrong amount. Almoner does not collect donations and takes no percentage of a gift. Every figure is computed from the records, never typed over them.
