Running Batch Tasks with AI Without Wasting Credits

by

Hi!

I’ve been exploring Airtop and I see huge potential for task automation using AI agents especially for repetitive workflows like form filling or actions in systems without an API.

One thing I noticed is that each time the agent performs the same action (like registering multiple people), it reprocesses the task from scratch, consuming credits for each new step, even though the logic is exactly the same.

My suggestion:

Once the agent successfully completes the first execution of a repetitive task, allow an option to reuse that exact execution logic for the next steps without prompting the AI again.

This would:

  • reduce credit usage

  • improve performance

  • allow bulk operations in a more scalable way

I imagine Airtop uses something like Selenium or Playwright under the hood, so maybe it's feasible to reuse that automation sequence.

Thanks again for building such a great platform. I’m excited to keep building with it!

thanks a lot for your feedback.
By default, Airtop web actions involve a bit of credits and AI, to be able to manage potential changes on the page, without having to rebuild the agent every time something changes.

It is a trade-off, which is difficult to nail down to the specifics of each user and use case.
Your specific use case may not require that flexibility, but other use cases will.
So our solutions sit on a middle point between offering some flexibility while also being reliable.
