I show a practical workflow for moving useful context from Claude to ChatGPT without copying your full chat history. First, I export what Claude knows from memory and past chats, review outdated details, and turn the useful parts into a portable Markdown profile. Then I upload that profile to a new ChatGPT chat, check what it understood, and update the memory I want ChatGPT to keep. The goal is to avoid starting from zero whenever you switch assistants.
